  • How Can I contact customer service?

    We aim to respond to all queries as quickly as possible. Responses during peak times may take longer but rest assured, we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

  • can i amend my order?

    To ensure your Goodlookers arrive exactly as expected, please double-check everything before placing your order.

    If you notice a mistake in your order before it ships, let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Unfortunately, we can't make changes to orders once they've left our warehouse.

  • When will my order arrive?

    We aim to dispatch your order within 24-48 hours from our Kent warehouse.

    All UK Orders will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st Class. This usually takes 1-2 days.

    International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Standard service. The average delivery time for this service is 5-7 days.

    Please note in some instances delivery times can be considerably longer.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    For customers outside the UK we offer FREE international delivery on all purchases over £50!

    All international orders will be delivered via Royal Mail International Standard service. Average delivery time for this service is 5-7 days, but in some instances delivery times can be considerably longer. Standard International delivery is £3.95.

    International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the package reaches the recipient’s country. All customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Goodlookers do not have control over customs fees, and cannot predict their cost. Processing of customs fees can sometimes lead to a delivery delay. For further information please contact your local customs office.

  • How can I make a return/exchange?

    60-day ‘No hassle’ Return Policy

    We are confident that you will be delighted with your Goodlookers product(s), however if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your goods within 60 days to receive a full refund or exchange.
